AS the civilans cleared the door way, the ODSTs moved into it.
"I'll cover our six" I said
I backed into the doorway, watching the destroyed lobby for signs of enemy life.
then i yelled out to the low level ONI spooks "Is there a back door or emergency exit we can take instead of leaving through the front door? Befor anyone could respond i blurted out
"By the time we get the Rest of the Spooks the Covenant will have an Army waiting for us!"

"I bet they will but thats the future lets focus on now ok?" I moved in to the doorway behind Azn and Unblessed with my DMR raised.

"Unblessed, take these people to the EVAC zone, bring your squad. Come meet us downside when your down." Gonzalez pointed at Red. "You, your coming with the Captain and I seeing as how your fitted for the job." Gonzalez pulled up a schematic to the underground ONI site. It was large and full of different routes. He set a marker to where the Tier 1 ONI personnel were and sent it to the others.
Gonzalez started to head back to the door with the broken keypad. "Soo.... We can do this the easy way, or the fun way.." Gonzalez muttered as he tapped the keypad only to recieve an "access denied" message.

I heard the beeping from the console when Gonzalez tried. "Here, allow me mate." I pulled out my notepad and looked through my codes, finally finding it I proceeded to enter it in. I got a error message. "Okay fuck it. Where's the C4?"

"alright then lets move out " i said to my squad " form a perimeter around the civilians, Ice take point." then to the civilians i added "no mater what goes down stay quit" and then we headed off to the nearest evac point

I yell out to Dragon "Hold up, let me take a look at the door. I traind for 9 months to become an "Engineer."
I then moved to the door an inspected it i took notice of the plasma burns on the door and walls around it. I then noticed the console and how badly it was holding up. I easly grabed and then pulled the thin metal sheet off of it's hinges and began to play with the wires.
A few seconds went by and then it began to spark and then it stopped and the door slowly began to open.
I stood up and said "After you."

"Damn it Red. No explosives? Thats my favorite part." I said as I watched the evac. "Looks cle-" I saw a shimmer of light. "WE'VE GOT SPEC OPS!" I yelled and immediately opened fire on the spot.

Blood spewed every hit. I saw a shimmer come charging I moved and pulled out my knife. I stabbed the Spec ops in between the neck and the shoulder blade. All of a sudden I felt the searing pain of a sword in my side. "Aggggggghhh!" I fell to the ground.

I blew the elites guts out with my shot gun that was attacking ice and then picked him up and threw him over my shoulders and yelled through the comms " hall ass to the fuking evac i aint losen any men yet" as the squad finished off the rest of the elits

"Ice!" The last elite went down with a shotgun shell to the chest. "Son of a..." I took out a biofoam canister and looked over the wound. "This won't work, but it'll hold just for a little bit." I stabbed it in making sure to get the entire wound. (Or wounds cause of the two sharp ends) I got up. "We need to get going, the more time we waste, the less we have to get Evac'd."

"Arg. Thanks Dragon." I slipped my helmet off and threw some pain killers in my mouth. "I can still fight from here. Doesn't feel like anything vital was - ugh- hit but -ugh- hurts like a bitch. Just get the evacues out. I'll take care of myself."

I woke up some time later to realize that we were at an evac. "What the hell? How did I get here?" I tried to stand it hurt too much. I sat back down. I looked around and realized my hemelt wasn't on. "What the hell? Hello? Hello?" I looked for my helmet. I saw it 3 meters from my feet. I crawled over to grab it."Arg! This hurts." I picked it up and put it on my head.Hello? I broadcast I heard of few voices of ODSTs.

Bear ran through the next intersection of hallways. "Clear!! Just a couple more floors to go. Dragon which way?" Gonzalez turned to ask Dragon. "Go right." Gonzalez turned down the hall and began to walk. He switched comms. "Red, whats the status on the elevator? Red??" he recieved no response. "shit.. We must be too deep underground..
Gonzalez kept going down the hall, rifle raised.
