You are an officer, so you get the officer ribbon, which you already have.

NCO and Officer are 2 different things.

besides. doesnt it look wierd to have the Officer ribbon and not the NCO one?

You get a ribbon for the rank you currently hold, not everything below it. If you had the NCO ribbon and the officer ribbon, that would be like having the Veteren 1, AND veteren 2 ribbon. Quite pointless.

Meh not really , it means you went through NCO School. Veteran 1 & Veteran 2 are different. It is like more of a higher grade version of it.

And I assumed officer was a higher grade version of the same ribbon as NCO, but I didn't know there was an NCO school of sorts... Truly, it's up to rybo.

Suddenly I know how to make our NCOs kick-ass again...

Those ribbons are general commendations, meaning we will give them out when we see fit.
There is no specific requirement. The description is as is.

Just be careful with your posts. If you spam a lot, it gets annoying.

Your recruits, however, will only count once they sign up on the website, and go through BC.

As for the other ribbon, we said you don't get a ribbon for beating Haseo's clan, as punishment for your tbagging. But you did also participate in the crisis on earth match, so that one WILL give you the clan battle victor I ribbon.
